Prato della Valle is a nice place, but both this one and the Red Square in Moscow are smaller than an rectangular square in Samara (about 300 m by 500 m = 150,000 square meters) - http://wikimapia.org/#lat=53.1954367&lon=50.1021279&z=16&l=9&m=b.
